PHILIP N. DAVEY formed the law firm on October 1, 1990, to offer quality admiralty and maritime law services to ships, charterers, cargo interests, shore facilities, their owners and their underwriters. Bilingual and with more than 25 years of experience in admiralty law, Phil is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of maritime claims, including arrest & attachment, hull & machinery, P&I, chartering & carriage of goods, personal injury, and marine insurance. In addition to his legal experience, Phil has practical maritime experience from his tour of duty in the U.S. Navy as a deck officer.
